Given the large number of new home builders they work with daily and the number of homes being constructed at one time, you need to have solid project management and time management skills. "I'm excited to join the KB Home team and help live your customer-driven mission, vision, and values. This role will involve me working directly with customers on their warranty claims and this can be a complicated process that involves handling communications with customers, scheduling contractors, and evaluating the completed final work to satisfy the customer. Each claim would be its own mini-project and I'll be juggling many claims at a time. In my current job, I have many duties that include receiving customer orders over the phone and through our website, many different accounting duties, and processing expense reimbursement for staff. This job has taught me how to be very organized in my approach to managing a heavy workload and will give me confidence upon joining the KB Home team."
