Be sure to research the company before the interview to learn the company's mission, values, and culture. Try to identify the company's specific needs by reading articles and blogs and reaching out to past/present employees that may give you some insight into the culture. Give examples of how your past experiences, accomplishments, and skills will make you an asset to the company.
