Interviewers are always interested in what drew you to the company and position, and they're also able to use this question to measure how well you actually understand the role and how it relates to the company. This is a great opportunity to show your enthusiasm for the role as well as the research you've done on the position and the company. Don't answer generically; offer particulars in terms of why you think you're a great fit for this role and why the company interests you.
"I've been working in the online marketing industry for a few years now, and I am passionate about what I do. The reason I'm looking to make this move is because I'm ready for new challenges. In particular, I'd love the chance to lead a marketing team; I've had temporary leadership roles at my current company, and I know that I'm ready to take it on as a more permanent role. In addition, your company's products greatly interest me, and I know - if given the opportunity - that I can create such an online buzz around them."
