To be successful at online marketing, one needs to be able to work with others who are both inside and outside the company. The interviewer is asking this question in order to determine your level of experience in working with various other parties. Share your background in this area. If you lack experience working with some of these parties, express that you are open to doing so in the future and eager to learn. This is also a great opportunity to demonstrate skills like relationship building and collaboration.
