What is your experience with marketing automation?

"To be honest, in the past I worked for smaller companies that didn't use many marketing automation programs. However, I have researched it on my own and am intrigued by the idea and apparent advantages of using technology to automatically manage marketing processes and campaigns across multiple channels. In particular, I like the concept of being able to send customers automated messages through email, social media, and text. I also see the benefits of using this kind of software to capture leads and analyze campaign performance. I look forward to having the opportunity to use marketing automation programs like ActiveCampaign, Prospect.io, InfusionSoft, and Marketo in the future."
