Sometimes that added protection makes the candidate feel much safer, and freer to speak about their achievements. I will also utilize personality tests and other skills testing, to see where a candidate truly stands. Particular behavioral questions can be asked as well, to give me an idea of the character the candidates holds, and if they will be a good cultural fit for my client."
