"I am in peak physical condition. You can be sure that I am fully prepared to pass the fitness test. While attending university, I worked as a personal trainer part-time. Since your test has three main areas to assess my fitness, I have focused on doing situps, pushups, and running stairs."

Lately, I have done light to moderate exercise to rebuild my pre-student routines. As my intensity has increased, I have felt considerably better. I try to attend the gym regularly to do repetition lifts. I jog laps do calisthenics. That said, I miss being nineteen sometimes.

Since I graduated college in 2016 my main focus has been physical fitness as I am well aware that a field position requires one to be in top shape to be able to fulfill the position. Back then I started with high-intensity training mainly for weight loss then shifted to an upkeep routine to stay toned. This year in preparation to submit my BPA application I shifted my focus to calisthenics & strength training. I work out 4-5 times a week & it has become a part of my daily routine.
