What You Should Say
Do your research about the company. Identify the traits that the company looks for in its employees. In your answer, touch on the company's values/ mission statement and how they resonate with you. Mention the reviews you came across online or the plans the company has for the year ahead. If this business is open to the public, experience it for yourself. Incorporate your experience in your answer.

It doesn't matter if the event is for 40 people or 400; the expectations are high, and your team always delivers.
