"Even though I spend the majority of my day on the floor overseeing the events of the day, it is important for me to find office time and plan for the next 30, 60, and 90 days. I break those tasks into weeks and then by day. Sometimes, the priorities change based on the event or what my current boss expects, but I adjust accordingly."
