Question 5 of 30

What are your strengths?

"One of my greatest strengths is my ability to listen and be aware. As the staff is busy setting up an event, I walk the room and pay attention to the body language of the employees and listen to the tones of their voices. If it has been a long week and the staff is sluggish, I'll elevate my energy level to motivate them. I realize that their body language has a direct effect on the event and will do what I can to improve their spirit."
