Answer Example
"My first banquet experience was as a banquet server while I was a full-time college student. I enjoyed working in restaurants and had a little experience working small private dinners, but I had no idea how extensive banquet events can be. I continued to learn about the different meeting setups and service methods and picked up as many shifts as my manager would let me. That following summer, I became an assistant banquet manager and focused on training the new employees in the proper steps of service."
