Question 11 of 30

What do you like the least about working as a banquet manager?

"For every social event we handle, I spend time preparing before the event looking over the fine details of the menu and the details of the event to make sure we have enough linen and the proper amount of staff. Then, we spend just a few minutes with the client because he/she is so involved in running the event. Just as that event ends, we are preparing and planning for the next one."
