What is one thing you are currently working on to become a better pharmacist?

Prior to your interview with Walgreens, put some serious thought into what you believe a weakness is in your pharmacy practice, and come prepared to talk about ways that you are working to improve that weakness. The important thing here is being honest, both with yourself and your interviewer. Your interviewer expects you to talk about a legit weakness and will appreciate your overall honesty the most.

"The one area I've always tried to improve upon over my career is my computer literacy, especially on pharmacy management system software. Over the years, I've worked through several systems and many updates and I always need to take a little extra time to learn the navigation tricks and shortcuts to make life easier. If I were fortunate enough to join Walgreens as a pharmacist, I would focus my initial weeks of training on mastering your system."
