The interviewer wants to hear about contributions you have made to the community in any form. Talk to them about your willingness to give back to your community in some form of volunteerism. This can include charitable donations, volunteer service, or any other types of service you have offered in the past. If you have volunteered specifically in a manner related to pharmacy or healthcare, focus on highlighting that in your response. If you do not have formal volunteer experience, you can draw on things you do in your spare time to assist friends, family, or even your current employer.

"Over the past five years, we have really been trying to instill the community values in our children. We have volunteered our time and efforts in many highway cleaning campaigns and we get a very positive feeling by helping clean litter and it helps bring us closer as a family. We are also strong supporters of our local Humane Society and make food donations and volunteer to walk dogs as a family on weekends that we are free."
