As the end of the day was nearing, we prioritized ensuring that any product that was nearing being out of stock on our supply shelves be restocked and we left the rest for the day shift crew to handle in the morning."

When answering this question, go ahead and walk the interviewer through your process of prioritizing and why it works for you. In your example, describe the situation, the resources you used to stay on track, and the final result. Some things to highlight are your ability to be resourceful and communicate with your leader and colleagues. In the end, you want to describe how you manage time frames and explain why your system of prioritization works.
