First, you'll want to talk about your ability to work as part of a diverse team in the pharmacy. If you have experience working among a diverse team of individuals, talk about the highlights of that experience. Then you'll want to discuss the diverse customer base that you'll be working closely with as a Walgreens pharmacist. To reiterate your ability to embrace, talk about the importance of cultural differences in the overall success of Walgreens as a whole.
"In a successful retail operation like Walgreens has, any customer is welcome and the same holds true in the pharmacy. I know that I'll be working closely with patients from many cultural backgrounds and my ability to provide education in an understandable manner is vital for people that may not grasp the drug they are being described or their instructions.
