If hired as our next pharmacist here at Walgreens, how would you build relationships from the start with your new colleagues?

"On my first day, I plan on bringing in one of my specialty baked goods. My hobby is baking and I think a great way to break the ice is through food. But more importantly, I have always built relationships with my new colleagues through being a great communicator and connecting on a personal level. From there, my ability to do what I say and say what I do allows my colleagues to trust in me."

Come to your interview with Walgreens with a plan for how you will connect, build trust, earn respect and prosper with your new team. Focus on your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with your colleagues to ensure that your interviewer walks away from your time together confident in your ability to be a great team player from your first on the job.
