How would your patients or customers describe working directly with you?
Feedback from the customers you have worked directly with during your career will say a lot about you as a pharmacist. As they will likely several times throughout your interview, your interviewer needs to hear that you would bring great customer service skills to the Walgreens team as their next pharmacist.
"My patients would say that I'm a very patient and warm-hearted person. I pride myself on being a very patient pharmacist, especially with my elderly and low-income patients. Sometimes just being patient and taking a few extra moments with them means a lot."
Let the interviewer know that your patients would say that you are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Go ahead and share a brief story about a time you helped a patient and they let you know how much it meant to them.
