Walgreens conducts criminal background checks and drug screens on all of our pharmacists. Is there anything you would like to disclose at this time if you were offered this role?

As with any interview question, you want to focus on being completely honest in your response. As embarrassing as it may be, if you do not think you will pass the drug test or have a criminal background, you need to let the interviewer know that now. If passing the drug test will not be an issue and you do not have a criminal history, assure the interviewer that you will have no problem passing both checks.

"I am happy to comply with any background check required as my record is clean. I do not participate in drug use, either. You can be assured that if I were the join the Walgreens Pharmacy team, I will maintain a clean record."
