"As I worked to transfer paper volunteer files into digital records, I realized this process could be completed by one of our daily administrative volunteers so I could focus on enhancing the capabilities of our digital database. The volunteer eagerly accepted the task, but he was not familiar with the process of scanning files into a PDF format. I patiently demonstrated the process and allowed him to ask questions. Show that you are encouraging and patient in the process of helping someone understand something difficult. This will show the interviewer you can potentially train others or at least support their work.
