Meet the Author

Isaiah Swanson has recruited, interviewed, and trained thousands of volunteers to support social service programs serving families in crisis, homebound seniors, and victims of natural disasters. In addition to high-volume recruiting, he has conducted interviews for specialized internship opportunities and paid staff positions. Isaiah is also a TESOL-certified ESL instructor with a degree in English literature.
