Ritz Carlton has very high luxury standards and as such prefers to hire experienced personnel with backgrounds in food and beverage (assuming the applicant is searching for an F/B position). The interviewer needs to know that you will be able to handle the rigors of ultra-fine dining. Share with the hiring manager some of the skills that you have acquired during your career. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to brag about yourself, so be energetic and passionate about who you are and the abilities you have.
