The Ritz is a luxury hotel and as such, often entertains celebrities or other dignitaries. Many times these guests prefer not to be accosted at the hotel or have attention drawn towards them. The interviewer needs to know that you will do everything to respect their desire for privacy. Reassure the hiring manager that you understand celebrities need to have a quiet place and that this is a large part of the hotel's responsibility to its clients.

"I believe that celebrities often prefer to have their stays uninterrupted so that they can have a moment to relax and recharge. I would do everything I could to guard their privacy both from other employees and anyone else who might inquire. These types of guests need to be treated carefully to meet their desires and wishes."
