"I plan to contribute to your profitability through hard work, strategy, tenacity, and paying close attention to the needs of my customers. I have had solid results in my most recent position and look forward to bringing these same successes to Reckitt Benckiser. I'm encouraged by the fact that RB is looking for new ideas, entrepreneurial thinking, and those willing to disrupt the status quo. That's exactly the approach I've taken in my career, and I look forward to continuing that mindset."

"My first step would be to examine current performance against KPIs and then develop a 30-, 60- and 90-day plan for how I can help the company achieve and even exceed them. I have a solid history of identifying strong lead measures that help support overall organizational strategies and leading a team to achieve those measures."

I plan to contribute through dedicated hard work, and by actively listening to any constructive criticism I may be given, all in the hopes that I am putting forward my best work. I will also feel very driven working at a fast-moving company like Reckitt and have strong organizational skills that I have acquired by immersing myself in a few activities at once, for example, I am currently training to perform in a dance show at my university, as well as taking extracurricular modules about career development, and hopefully, this will lead me to success and therefore profitability at Reckitt.

Stephanie's Feedback
This is a great start, and you definitely come across as being a team player and open to feedback! Given the fact that this question asks about contributing to sales performance, which tends to be very metrics-driven, I suggest quantifying this response (Example: I plan to contribute to profitability by increasing revenue by 15 percent.) Adding numbers or a percentage to back your response will make the outcome more impactful!
