"Looking back over my career, I have a lot to be proud of as a Medical Lab Technician. But nothing stands out more so than the new employee training program that I led the development of with my current employer. Having been through a broken and very informal training process when I started, I approached my director when I saw other new lab techs struggling when hitting the floor on their first day.
