No, not on the administrative side. If I notice stock is low, I will write down what needs to be ordered in the book. If I notice something is out of date, I will ensure it is removed and replaced.

Rachelle's Feedback
It's great that you are on top of inventory by keeping notes on stock levels. Do you have an example of a time when your diligence or awareness saved the day?

While I haven't been directly involved in ordering medical supplies or performing administrative duties in a healthcare setting, I do have relevant experience in procurement and inventory management. As a procurement officer, I have gained expertise in managing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. This experience has equipped me with the necessary skills to handle the logistical aspects of ordering and maintaining inventory.
Additionally, during my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to order medical and chemical supplies for my research projects. This required careful attention to detail, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
Furthermore, during my MBA studies, I worked on creating an inventory and replenishment system for a textile store. This involved analyzing demand patterns, setting reorder points, and implementing efficient inventory management practices.
While my experience in healthcare-related administrative duties may not be direct, my background in procurement, inventory management, and creating systems to streamline operations can be transferable to effectively handle similar responsibilities in a healthcare setting. I am confident in my ability to quickly adapt and apply my skills to contribute to the smooth functioning of medical supply ordering and inventory management processes.
