Talk to the interviewer about your preference for teamwork or working individually. Be sure to avoid pigeonholing yourself into one particular scenario (Ii.e., I only like to work by myself). You may work well without needing much management or direction, or perhaps you are better driven in a collaborative and team-led environment. Either way, be honest with the interviewer about your preferences without leaning negatively, either way.

You may prefer working alone or as part of a team, but you want to ensure your answer applies to the position you are interviewing for. For example, if the role requires you to primarily work alone, you want to lean more towards liking to work autonomously. Either way, be sure that you let the interviewer know you can work well in either environment.

I like both. I like working in a team because of the interactions with others and as a way to access help and support. I also like to have responsibilities with autonomy like being responsible for drug distribution and keepng the trolley stocked.

I appreciate the benefits of both team-based work and working alone. As an introvert, I tend to thrive when I have dedicated time to focus and work independently. It allows me to delve deep into tasks, analyze information, and generate ideas.
However, I also recognize the value of collaboration and teamwork. I enjoy being part of a team where diverse perspectives and ideas can be shared. It provides an opportunity to learn from others, leverage their expertise, and collectively solve problems more effectively.
Overall, while I appreciate working alone to maximize my concentration and productivity, I also value the opportunity to collaborate and contribute to a team. The balance between independent work and teamwork is crucial for me to achieve optimal results and create a well-rounded approach to accomplishing goals.
