I find joy by positively interacting with others, that includes patients and other staff. I like to be able to do my job properly by preparing myself for the day, checking my theatre list, and familiarizing myself with what the day will bring. Of course, changes happen, but I typically have a happy and fulfilling day if I've done my best, advocated for my patients, and had a good day with my colleagues.
