"Having worked as a sonographer for eight years, I'll tell you that I'd love to be in a leadership position at some point in my career. I possess many great skills required for a leadership position, and I've started to work towards this goal by enrolling in an online MBA program. Having gotten to know a radiology unit's inner workings and the jobs well, I'm working towards becoming a manager-level employee in the Radiology setting. Do you see any potential for new leaders in your department 5-10 years down the road?"
