I want to be an anaesthetic / recovery RN. I have taken steps, as I am currently an anaesthetic en. I have also completed a perioperative induction program. I know Ramsay is interested in helping staff to develop further, so I hope I can continue study with support from Ramsay.

I also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification to enhance my skills in process improvement.
