How can we motivate you on the job?

Your interviewer is asking what would help you retain job satisfaction and keep you from burning out on the job. How you answer this question will help them determine whether they can live up to your expectations. As they state online, "We need inspiring leaders, motivators, and innovators to drive our business forward." So ask how they can help you continually look forward to a rewarding career with them for the long term. This can include camaraderie with great teams, work you enjoy doing, recognition of your accomplishments, or opportunities for advancement. Let them know how they can keep you looking forward to coming into work with gratitude and pride.

"I am best motivated through words of praise, recognition for a job well done, and the opportunity to take on more responsibility.
