Your interviewer is curious whether you would thrive in their environment or find it stressful more often than not. They are also curious about how well you cope with stress and whether you allow your stress to overwhelm you or dictate your behavior. Remember, they are interested in hiring someone who will lift the rest of their teams and help them thrive, as opposed to someone who would be a detriment to that effort and drag their teams down.
