This webpage offers some advice on how to complete your online application, how to deliver a strong virtual interview, and what comes after your job offer. They also have some frequently asked questions to offer as well. They offer the following advice: "Interview Us: Ask questions about the role, get a good feel for our workplace culture, and ask any questions you want about what it's like to be a part of the Frito Family! This is the time to learn if we are a good fit for you, not just the other way around. Be open and curious: ask anything you can think of!"
"Yes, thank you. Is this a new position due to an increase in demand, or am I replacing a vacancy? How valued was the former employee I am replacing, and will I be welcomed warmly by the team?"
As you explore the company you're aiming to get hired with and the position you are competing for, there will be things you learn that will generate questions for you. As these questions come to you, write them down. Then, take extra efforts to answer those questions on your own. Doing so showcases that you have a strong work ethic. It never looks good when you ask questions that are answered in the job description or on page one of their website. Then, organize the questions you have left and prepare to ask them when it is time. Many such questions will be answered on their own throughout your interview. Make sure you have a few left when your interviewer asks if you have any more questions.
