As you explore the company you're aiming to get hired with and the position you are competing for, there will be things you learn that will generate questions for you. As these questions come to you, write them down. Then, take extra efforts to answer those questions on your own. Doing so showcases that you have a strong work ethic. It never looks good when you ask questions that are answered in the job description or on page one of their website.
