One of the toughest parts of communication can be delivering bad news. So this question aims to answer how empathetic you are and whether you display the integrity to do the right thing, even when it proves difficult. I am very straight and to the point when it comes to communication. I think it's important to think through how you say something before you say it and to deliver information in a straightforward and factual manner. When delivering bad news, I would also offer help with alternative solutions and ensure my listener understood how to make necessary improvements.
