Your interviewer is curious about how resourceful you are, how self-managed you are in your work, and how readily you step outside your comfort zone. As part of my previous role, I was asked to create an annual report that highlighted the work and the impacts of one of our partnerships. I had little previous experience working with InDesign, but I was determined to search for answers. Using many online tools I was able to learn how to use the software and create a very visually appealing report to provide to our shareholders.
