Your interviewer is offering you an opportunity to advertise your merits. Sharing something you consider a particular mark of pride will provide your interviewer an idea of what you have to offer their company and a glimpse into your values and work ethic. They even offer some interview advice on their website to this effect: "If there's an accomplishment that you're proud of, we want to hear about it." They state that they want your interview to be a "great experience. We enable you to learn as much about Cerner as we learn all about you and what you have to offer. We want you to come away feeling good about yourself and about us."

Good for you! This would have taken a ton of dedication and hard work. You should be proud! How did you achieve this with such great success?

I was able to speak at a national conference and lead a hands-on session. The session I led was about cultivating partnerships and using them to grow programs. It was a very big accomplishment and a way to share some of the ways I saw measurable success in many of our programs.

Rachelle's Feedback
This speaking engagement/presentation sounds like a wonderful career accomplishment - you should be proud! Did this experience lend any new skills or areas of confidence that will benefit Cerner, should they choose to hire you?
