Temporary work contracts can be a challenge to navigate, regardless of the position you hold within Adecco. These challenges can arise because wages are average vs. highly competitive, work hours can be sporadic, and candidates often don't feel as loyal to a temporary employer as they would a permanent employer.
If a candidate lets your client down regularly by being late, or not showing up for their assignment, consider what you would do. Show the interviewer that you have patience, that you are empathetic with others, but would be firm to protect Adecco's reputation and client relationships at the same time.

"No matter what, Adecco's clients, the hiring companies, need to be happy with the temporary workers we provide them. If I encountered a temporary contractor who was continually failing to meet client expectations, I would let them go. Anytime a temporary worker drops the ball; it can negatively impact the clients' bottom line, which is never a welcome situation. On any offense, such as being late or not showing up, I would call the temp worker and find out what happened. I would ask for open lines of communication, and if the temp worker missed the mark on expectations again, I would let the contractor go and move our focus to a more reliable applicant."
