Being creative doesn't necessarily mean that you can draw or paint like Picasso or write hit songs like Lady Gaga. What creativity means is being able to view and solve common issues in a unique way. Creativity can include being willing to take a risk and change your perspective on a topic. While working for The Adecco Group, being creative is an essential skill since you will often need to approach your clients' needs and solve problems in a completely new way. Assure the interviewer that you are creative by providing a work-related example of a time when you thought outside of the box and generated a successful result.
