In the staffing services industry, you may be asked to work outside of a typical Monday to Friday, 9-5 work week, depending on the role that you hold. For instance, if you are working for Adecco as a Recruiter, you might have a candidate who cannot interview during standard work hours. You may need to conduct a phone interview at 7 PM to accommodate their needs. If your role includes account management for temp staffing at Adecco, you may have warehouse clients who call you at 6 AM to report a worker who did not show up for their early-morning shift.
