What advice would you give to a recent graduate with little to no work experience?

Talk to the hiring authority about the help that you would give to a recent graduate, with little or no work experience, who needed to expand their resume. Your advice could be to volunteer more, add in some temporary work, take additional coursework, or other creative ideas.
