How would your co-workers describe you?
This question aims to assess your emotional intelligence through your self-awareness. They are curious how you believe others' perceptions of you align with how you perceive yourself. They will then contrast your statement with how they perceive you and decide whether what you volunteer is consistent with how you have presented yourself throughout the interview.
"My co-workers would say that I am a force of positivity and encouragement. That I am true to my word and have a lot of integrity. They'd also tell you that I would sooner say no rather than over-committing to something. I have a keen eye for detail and am always watching out for everyone on my team. Before your interview, reflect on your work experience and the comments or compliments your teams have made about you in your working relationship. Revisit the comments offered on your performance reviews and compile a selection of those most worth sharing. And most importantly, be honest, sincere, and true to yourself in your answer.
