"My greatest weakness is that I sometimes take on too many projects because I have a hard time saying no. I have identified it as a weakness because taking time for myself was always put on the back burner, leaving me feeling stressed. To improve my weakness, I started using an online calendar where I detail everything I have going on each day. I put time for myself in my calendar, much like an appointment with myself. If someone asks me to help with a project or take on a new one, I look at my calendar and tell them when I am available. So far, it has made it easier to say no, and I am feeling much less stressed."
