What do you know about our organization?

Before interviewing with an organization, it is recommended to learn everything you can about them. By doing your research, the interviewer will see that you are serious about working for their organization and eager and excited to learn all that you can. You can visit their website to learn about their mission and vision statement, who is on staff and the clientele they serve, who the CEO is, how long they have been in business, and client reviews. You can also visit the organization, talk to staff, and read online reviews.

"Your organization provides high-quality inpatient psychiatric services for patients five to seventeen years old, with a dedicated 24-hour multidisciplinary team. Your CEO is Heather Thomas, whose mission is to provide intensive, individualized treatment so children can improve their social and coping skills and have a brighter future. You have recently added an additional wing to your facility and are looking to add 50 new team members by the end of this year."
