Often, at the end of the interview, you will be asked if you have any questions for the interviewer. You always want to answer 'yes' and ask a question or two that wasn't answered in their job announcement or when researching the company. You might ask about the work schedule, the start date if hired, how you will hear back from them (by phone or email), what they like most about working for the company, or what a typical day would like for you as a music therapist for their organization. Avoid asking questions about sick leave, salary, or benefits, as these will be discussed with Human Resources when they offer you the job.
