The interviewer is looking to see what type of personality you have and what interests you have outside of work. They are also looking to know that you have healthy activities or hobbies to help reduce stress. Describe what you enjoy doing on your days off.

"In my free time, I like to practice using musical instruments that I am unfamiliar with, taking ceramics and painting classes with my son, gardening, and cooking. I also enjoy many different types of physical activities, with my favorites being disc golf, trail running, and rock climbing."
