What is your greatest strength?

This question is often asked during interviews, so the interviewer can see if you have the qualities they are looking for. Describe a strength that applies to the job, and describe how that strength benefits you in your profession. Review the job announcement and look for the qualifications they list for their ideal candidate, and choose one quality or trait as your strength. For example, if they are looking for a candidate who is empathetic, compassionate, creative, and patient, use one of those keywords to describe your greatest strength.
