When it comes to traditional instructor-led live training, audio-visual presentations and participant guides are always effective. This format is best for knowledge transfer when you need a facilitator who is also the subject matter expert. For up-skilling, I prefer simulations, hands-on training with smaller groups, or self-paced e-learning and self-paced modules."
