"Our customers pay their hard-earned money for a clean and safe and friendly environment. First, I look for the friendliness of the staff. Are they going out of their way to be helpful and courteous? Second, I want a clean place to stay. Are the public areas clean and free of dust and dirt? Are the rooms cleaned and fresh? Finally, how safe is the place? Is security present? Are their cameras installed? I think that we have a responsibility to ensure that our guests' stay was as pleasant as possible."
