As a hotel manager, there is always the possibility you will be faced with some sort of emergency situation; fire, flood, robbery, etc. The interviewer needs to know that you have the capability of handling these kinds of situations with a calm demeanor. If you panic during a fire, your staff, and guests' safety will be at risk. Think about a time when you had to make decisions that were life and death situations. Be confident in your ability to handle these pressures.
