Have you designed a curriculum, lead a content team, or developed a school or department-wide system? Can you quantify your work by showing how many students passed grade-level tests or mastered content? Being a great teacher is hard work, and your interview is the opportunity to paint a picture of your biggest accomplishments over the past 18 years.
