I have worked on multiple projects in my current job. I have worked with our current high school principal to develop a staff mentor program to help new teachers transition to their new jobs. I have also developed a program called LEAD class that focuses on leadership in the student body. Both programs have done a lot with addressing the needs of new teachers and students.

While working in Clark County I was responsible for working with our 1st-grade staff on implementing ELA and Math nights. Where we invited families into our school and taught them how to help their children at home. We had food donated from local businesses. We had tables with supplies so they could take home center-based games.
As a coach, I have organized many fundraisers and give-back opportunities. For the past two years, the travel ball team I coach puts together a tree for the festival of trees to help the non-profits in our community.

Within my current role, I have curated a number of Creative Arts experiences which have promoted enjoyment and participation in the Arts. These have included talent shows, Christmas concerts, musical theatre productions, and art exhibitions. I have always received positive feedback from colleagues and parents about these events. I am really happy to have coordinated these for our students as they provide valuable enrichment and opportunities that they may not have had otherwise.
